the first of our 3 ingredients courses of the season – these courses will mainly focus on 3 different produce and from these, we will cook a great number of tasty and seasonal dishes. The spring is one of our favorite seasons and we salute and welcome all the fresh crispy produce – this time we will mainly cook from:
Artichokes, broad beans and asparagus
During the 2 cooking lessons you will cook various antipasti, homemade pasta, soups, rice, main courses and desserts.
The course includes: 3 night stay in double room, welcome dinner, 2 cooking lessons and visit to local wine producer.
