The summer is now fully on, the flowers are in full bloom and breakfast is served on the terrace.
Once again the whole week is dedicated to the wonderful and rustic Italian country cooking. We are going to explore a lot of the classical recipes and some of the more modern. You will get an understanding of the technics behind making homemade pasta, gnocchi and all the other great primi, a wide selection of seasonal antipasti, secondi full of flavour and the sweetest dessert. We are also going to visit a local wine producer, a local cheesemaker and see the production of mozzarella and burrata and learn more about Todis history on a guided city walk.
