Once again its all about italian summer food. We are going to celebrate all the sun ripe vegetables and fragrant herbs overflowing the market. We have cancelled the traditional menu, but instead we are going to fill the table with a great number of delicious and tasty smaller dishes. During the 3 cooking lessons you will get a better understanding of easy and seasonal antipasti, homemade pasta, gnocchi, tasty sauces, sweet treats and a few tips on making your own bread. We are also going to visit our dear friend Giampaolo Tabarrini, and taste his amazing wines from our region.
