Here in August the vegetable garden is producing a great number of delicious sun ripe veggies. This course will over 4 days highlight a greener life style. This is not a vegan course – we will use dairy products as well as eggs. It’s not a diet either – but just a good way of getting some more greens into your everyday cooking.
All cooking lessons will feature easy, tasty and healthy recipes. This will be the real essence of italian cooking as it used to be, just with a twist and a lighter touch. You will get to know fresh homemade pasta, rice, gnocchi, stuffed veggie and the delicious Melanzane Parmignano – as well as a number of summr sweets.
The course includes: 4 night stay in double room, welcome dinner, 3 cooking lessons with following lunch/dinner, visit to local vinery and guided tour of Todi.
